New Kosher Cheese Offerings
The writeup on The Kosher Blog makes the cheeses sound promising, describing the Mainland Cheddar as "more complex flavor than any other mild cheese I’ve tried," and the 5 Spoke cheeses as exhibiting "all with the complexity of flavor and superb texture one should expect of finer raw-milk cheeses." The kosher Tilamook is a good value cheese, a step above the "traditional" kosher brands, and available on the east coast -- I get mine at Trader Joe's. Its "medium" appellation is something of a marketing fib. It's mild.

Tillamook actually makes a kosher cheddar - not sure if it makes it as far as the east coast though.
