The Best Way to Remember Every Cheese You've Ever Had
Via Crooked Timber, a great tip for remembering what cheeses you've bought: Take a picture of the label, and then bring the picture with you the next time you go buy more cheese. Simple! Brilliant!
I remembered seeing this post, so when I did a small cheese-tasting last night, I made sure to take pix of my labels. This is a great idea, and coupled with Flickr, will really help as a cheese journal of sorts. Now I just need better lighting in my kitchen so I can get actual pix of the cheese.
